Glukan 1,4-alfa-maltotetraohidrolaza (EC 3.2.1.60, ekso-maltotetraohidrolaza, 1,4-alfa-D-glukan maltotetraohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 4-alfa-D-glukan maltotetraohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza (1->4)-alfa-D-glukozidnih veza u amilacetnim polisaharidima, čime se sukcesivno odvajaju maltotetraozni ostaci sa krajeva neredukujućih lanaca
